Change in Mailed Member Notification

As a member-owned cooperative we are committed to using our member resources wisely.  In an effort to reduce operating expenses, SC Telco Federal Credit Union will no longer mail the following paper notices:

  • Nonsufficient Funds (NSF) Notices
  • Overdraft Notices
  • Courtesy Pay Notices
  • Automatic Transfer of Funds Notices

We offer several channels including MONEYLINK Online, Mobile Banking for Apple and Android phones, My Mobile Money for Apple and Android phones and text banking to monitor NSF, Overdraft, Courtesy Pay and Automatic Transfer activity.

You may view your NSF, Overdraft, Courtesy Pay or Automatic Transfer activity in MONEYLINK Online on the Activity Page. We also offer a variety of account notification options by email or through My Mobile Money as a notification on your mobile phone. These alerts can provide you with the same information that you currently receive on these notices.  Other helpful alerts available include notification of a deposit, withdrawal or transaction, notification that your account balance has fallen below a specific threshold and many more!  We encourage you to consider signing up for low balance notification as a reminder to make a deposit in an effort to prevent an item(s) from being returned due to insufficient funds.
