Vice President of Member Service, SC Telco
Greenville, S.C. – SC Telco, a not-for-profit financial cooperative headquartered out of Greenville, S.C., has promoted Nicole Martinetti, Jeanie Barron and Donna Lewis into new positions within the organization.
Martinetti will be transitioning into a new role as the Director of Member Service. With twenty years of credit union experience at both Liberty FCU and SC Telco, Martinetti has worked in a variety of roles, including business development, education, community relations, accounting and served as a branch manager. In her new position, Nicole will lead and guide the delivery of services to members through branch operations, including the coaching and development of all member service staff.
With Martinetti’s move, Jeanie Barron and Donna Lewis will transition into new roles as Branch Operations and Development Managers, where they will be responsible for new-hire and ongoing training for all member service staff, as well as the development of SC Telco’s On-The-Job-Training program.
“Like many other businesses, we have realized that it is not only important to get the right people on the bus, but it is just as important to make sure they are in the right seats on that bus,” said SC Telco CEO Steve Harkins. “For this reason, we are excited to announce these promotions, as we feel that each of these employees will go on to do great things—for SC Telco as well as our members across the Upstate.”
