Greenville, S.C. – SC Telco, a not-for-profit financial cooperative headquartered out of Greenville, S.C., announced the promotion of Andrea Finley to Financial Literacy Coordinator, effective immediately.
In this new position, Finley will be responsible for creating financial literacy programs and activities for the members of SC Telco, as well as the community. Prior to this promotion, she was recently certified as a Certified Financial Education Counselor, after serving as a Recovery Specialist since 2015.
“It is increasingly important that we not only serve the immediate financial needs of our members, but that we also continue to educate the community on financial literacy, as well,” said SC Telco CEO Steve Harkins. “In this position, Andrea will be a great servant to our community as she creates programs that serve to educate and inform them about matters that pertain to their financial health and stability. We are excited about what she will be able to do for the Upstate area through this new role.”
