Beginning August 11, benefit from a new, free fraud monitoring solution – instant fraud alerts! You’ll be automatically enrolled as an SC Telco member. Just ensure your mobile number and email is up-to-date in our system!
Here’s how it works:
If our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you’ll receive an email and/or a text message from 37268 with details about the suspicious transaction. All you have to do is respond with a “yes” or “no” to confirm or deny the transaction.
If you respond “yes”, our system will mark the transaction as legitimate, and you can move on with your day – simple as that.
If you indicate the transaction as fraud, we’ll follow-up with another message for you to contact our Fraud Detection department and your debit card will be blocked to safeguard your account.
If we do not receive a response to either the email or text message in a short time-frame, our Fraud Detection department will contact you via a phone call. Calls and text alerts will be made 8AM – 9PM EST daily. Email alerts will be real-time and sent 24/7 to members with an email address on file.
