How should I handle recurring payments I have set up on my existing debit MasterCard®?
Once you receive your new debit card and activate it, update your payment information with your new debit card number. It may be helpful to review last month’s statements or account activity to determine which payments you have set up through your debit card.
Take a look at this list to help you remember items you may have set up:

Will I be required to get a new PIN with my new card?
Yes, for security purposes you will be issued a new PIN with your new Debit MasterCard® chip card. Once you receive your new PIN in the mail and activate your card, you can call 1-800-448-8268 and follow the prompts to select your own PIN. Please remember to activate your card by performing a transaction using your original PIN.
- You will press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish
- Enter your full card number followed by #
- To change your PIN enter 2 and then follow the prompts
It is important to note this PIN change does not affect your MONEYLINK Audio PIN. It will remain the same or you may choose to update your MONEYLINK Audio PIN by dialing 800-633-4364 then select Option 4.
How will this change affect me?
SC Telco is working hard to ensure this change will be seamless. Your current ® Debit Card MasterCard® will continue to work until you have received and activated your new Debit MasterCard® chip card. At that time your current Debit Card will be automatically closed to protect you and save you time.
Which ATMs can I use with no surcharge fee?
SC Telco ATMs and Advantage ATMs are surcharge free for our members. You can also avoid surcharges by using ATMs within the CO-OP ATM Network.
